~ 100g tofu/chicken (or protein of your choice)
~ 1 pot of Smoky Mushroom & Miso Future Noodles
~ Juice of 1 lime
~ 1tsp brown sugar
~ 2tsp (vegan) fish sauce
~ 1 red birdseye chilli
~ Handful bean sprouts
~ Fresh Thai basil
~ Fresh coriander
~ Fresh mint
~ Lime wedge for garnish
Empty your Smoky Mushroom & Miso Future Noodles into a small saucepan with 300ml of water.
Thinly slice the your tofu or chicken and add to the pot. Cook your tofu for 10 mins or your chicken for 20 mins, ensure the chicken is cooked through.
Add the brown sugar, (vegan) fish sauce and lime juice and stir through.
When cooked, add to a warm noodle bowl.
Garnish with sliced red chilli, bean sprouts, basil, mint, coriander and a wedge of lime.
