~ 1 pot of Spicy Kimchi Future Noodles
~ 75g silken tofu, drained
~ Large handful of spinach
~ 2 radishes, thinly sliced
~ 1 spring onion, sliced
~ 1 piece toasted nori
STEP 1.
Make the Spicy Kimchi Future Noodles as per instructions and pour into a bowl to be topped.
STEP 2.
Thinly slice the your silken tofu and lay on the side of the bowl.
STEP 3.
Place your spinach in a pan of boiling water to wilt for a minute.
STEP 4.
Sprinkle the nori pieces, spring onion and radishes over the bowl, then tuck in!
