Making instant noodles is easy. Making healthy instant noodles is hard. The reason we are more expensive than others is because we use high quality, nutritious ingredients. What’s more the serving size is larger and our packaging uses zero plastic.

Good question. Vitamins and minerals are super delicate and when exposed to boiling hot water they deteriorate. That's why we recommend adding the sachet when things have cooled down a bit.
Future Noodles have not been designed for weight loss but a nutritionally complete, light meal.
No, the pots have been carefully formulated to ensure they are not high in sugar.
We use wholemeal noodles in our pots which means there is over a third of your daily requirement for fibre. A high fibre and high protein meal will keep you full for longer.

The oil in the ingredients panel is rapeseed oil.
The salt in the pots is what helps give our meal their amazing flavour. The meals have been developed so that you could have 2 pots a day plus a healthy breakfast and still be within your daily limit for salt.
Boil some water, remove the sachet, add the water to the fill level (or higher if you like more of a soupy noodle), replace lid and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes, stir, add contents of sachet and stire again. Serve.
Right now we only ship to the UK. But we want to go global fast, so stay tuned.
All our orders take 48 hours delivery from purchase as standard. We don’t ship Saturday or Sunday so if you order over the weekend it will be processed on Monday.

We ship with Royal Mail. As soon as we process your order you will also receive your tracking number. You can then use this to find out where your noodles are.
You can return complete boxes of Future Noodles within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept incomplete boxes.
